Spotlight Theater Camp at The Village Place

We’re getting so excited for this year’s Spotlight Theater Summer Camp put on by Out Tha Box productions.

The theme is Tiana’s Bayou, but we’re not just diving into the movie — we’re celebrating New Orleans culture and exploring the power of community as we honor the 20th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina.

Mornings include:

  • Cooking with Too Saucy Catering

  • STEM through Dance Club

  • Helping with TVP's weekly food pantry

Afternoons are all about building a show — with dance, music, theater, and storytelling leading up to a final performance.

And that’s not all — our campers have been invited to help lead a movement session at the Austin African American Book Festival on June 28th! This summer is going to be EPIC — don’t miss it!

Find out if there are still spots at outthabox.org!
